Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (USA). Please allow 1 business day to pack and process your order before it ships. Orders placed after 5pm ET during the week or on Saturday, Sunday, or any national holiday, will be processed within the following business day. We are not able to update any shipping address after it has been submitted, therefore we advise you to check this information before completing your order. We provide tracking information within 1 business day via email for every order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using UPS or USPS. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on regional zones + weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We only ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia at this time. International rates will be calculated at checkout via UPS, USPS or DHL. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BRNZ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

BRNZ is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages or any packages that are held in customs.
